  8.     before encrypting anything.  Unexpected result may happen if this is not done.

  12. 1.  Rotor Order does not play a large role in small text encryption; however, the larger the string or 
  13.     file, the greater difference is made.

  15. 2.  In order to view the encrypted code, a control that can recognize all 256 characters must be used
  16.     such as Microsoft's rich text control.  If this type of control is not used, the string can be cut off.
